The Accredited Land Consultant designation, awarded by the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), is a professional designation for land real estate specialists. Earning the designation requires completing specialized education, demonstrating experience in land transactions and meeting professional and ethical standards established by the organization. ALC designees specialize in the unique considerations involved in buying and selling land, including agricultural, recreational, development and other land assets.
“Dusty has spent his entire life around land and has built his career on that experience,” said Tyler Davis, ALC, President of Saunders Real Estate. “The ALC designation is a great recognition of the knowledge and experience he brings to every transaction. We’re proud to have Dusty on our team and excited to see him continue to grow his work in the land real estate industry.”
Calderon brings decades of hands-on experience as a land advisor. He has been around ranches, cattle and land since childhood and has been involved in more than $500 million in transactions throughout his career.
