Based in the firm’s Tampa office, Key will advise tenants, landlords, investors, and business owners on commercial property sales and leasing throughout the Tampa Bay region.

Key brings more than five years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on retail, industrial, and office properties. Her background includes tenant and landlord representation, investment advisory services, leasing, and urban development projects. She combines detailed market knowledge with a collaborative, client-focused approach designed to help clients identify opportunities and make informed real estate decisions.

Before joining Saunders Real Estate, Key served as Regional Director of Leasing at NorthBridge Commercial Real Estate Group. Drawing upon her education in international business and earlier experience in retail sales, she has developed a broad perspective on site selection, leasing strategy, investment considerations, and the needs of growing businesses.
Key is an active member of the Tampa Bay commercial real estate community. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Retail Alliance and participates in ICSC, including service on the ICSC & Ideas West Florida Committee. She is also pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, reflecting her continued focus on advanced investment analysis and professional development.
