LAKELAND, FL, May 6, 2024 - In a landmark transaction, Trent Saunders, ALC and Dusty Calderon facilitated the $35,000,000 purchase of Sod Farm Hall St, a vast 3,448-acre property in Kenansville, Florida. Both Senior Advisors at SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler, Saunders and Calderon have proved themselves leaders in the Florida land real estate market.

Trent Saunders, ALC, Senior Advisor

"I was very pleased to have supported the buyer in closing this transaction,” said Trent Saunders. “This sale represents the deep-rooted trust our clients place in us to handle significant and complex land transactions."

Additionally, Saunders recently closed on another significant real estate transaction valued at $68,000,000. With these two large sales, Saunders brokered over $100,000,000 in sales volume in less than four months.

Trent Saunders continues to represent a variety of high-value properties. Stanley’s Mangos Business & Farms stands out among his recent property listings, featuring a 224-acre retail mango farm on Pine Island, Florida. Additionally, Saunders has listed the Manatee County Dairy Farm & Operation, a fully operational dairy farm spanning 350.2 acres with a capacity of up to 3,000 lactating cows.

Dusty Calderon, Senior Advisor

“There is still significant demand for Florida land,” said Dusty Calderon. “This deal showcases the resilience of the land and agricultural market here in our state.”

Calderon has cemented himself as a dedicated real estate advisor in the Florida land real estate market. Among his numerous successful transactions, he played a large role in another Osceola County sale—the $150,000,000 sale of Green Island Ranch. More recently, Calderon closed on a large $15,000,000 sale along US 192 and the Florida Turnpike in Kissimmee, Florida.

"Trent and Dusty are both hard workers who are dedicated to Florida land,” said Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, Founder and Managing Director of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler. “Their ability to handle such a diverse array of high-value ranch and agricultural properties exemplifies the expertise, professionalism, and collaboration that our brokerage promotes."

Leveraging their deep-rooted connections and extensive knowledge of Florida’s land and real estate sectors, Trent Saunders and Dusty Calderon continue to build their own legacies intertwined with agriculture, citrus, and real estate. Their unique experiences have allowed them to specialize in all facets of Florida land, including agricultural land, ranchland, recreational land, and large acreage properties.

The sale of Sod Farm Hall St not only reflects their excellence and expertise in the industry but also underscores SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler's role as a leader in the Florida land real estate market. Looking ahead, the brokerage is excited to support both Trent and Dusty as they pursue further successes throughout the rest of the year and beyond.
