The 75-year-old farm began with a single purchase of just a few acres marked with a noble oak found in the heart of the ‘The Farm,’ as the family refers to it.
The Farm is a sportsman’s paradise with an abundance of deer, wild quail, turkey, and fish. The property is located near Lake Harding, also known as Bartlett’s Ferry Lake, a 5,850-acre reservoir on the Chattahoochee River with portions of the lake running into Alabama.

At the time of sale, Circle N Farm consisted of approximately 95% of planted pine timberland with ages of over 40 years, contributing to Alabama’s 23 million acres of timberland, the second largest timberland base in the United States.
