The list was created from an assessment of brokerages located in Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. The firm has recently secured a satellite office in Orlando.
LAKELAND, FL, May 10, 2022 – The Tampa Bay Business Journal recently released its annual list of the Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerages in Tampa Bay based on transaction volumes for sales and leases in 2021. SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate was ranked 8th among 33 brokerages included in the list.
The brokerage’s ranking was based on 2021 total transactions. For the year, the firm transactions totaled $800,150,000. Sales and lease transactions for the year represented 133,444 ± acres and 293,139 ± square feet. Since 1996, the brokerage has transacted more than $4 billion in commercial real estate.
The list was created from an assessment of brokerages located in Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sarasota counties.
