Six months into 2022, the firm has closed nearly $310 million, a 52% increase from the same timeframe the previous year. This impressive figure equals 40,871 acres and 714,853 square feet of land and commercial real estate sales. Lease transactions added 176,691 square feet with an average lease term of four (4) years.
With June reporting finalized, the firm remains number one among 200+ international offices in the SVN® International commercial real estate brand platform. Trish Leisner, CCIM, ranked 7th amongst SVN’s network of 1,117 advisors for June. For the year, Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, and Augie Schmidt rank 3rd and 8th, respectively.

Nearly 38% of all sales for the first half of 2022 were over $1 million, with the top ten transactions totaling $166,807,017. Among these sales, the 10,330-acre Sunbreak Farms in St. Lucie County sold for $76,700,000 by Managing Director & Senior Advisor Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, and Senior Advisor Jeff Cusson, CCIM.
Sold in March 2022, Circle N Farm, which consisted of 4,505 ± acres of planted pine timber located in east-central Alabama, was co-listed by Senior Advisor Todd Davis and John Hardin with Southeastern Land Group.
Senior Advisors Clay Taylor, ALC and David Hitchcock, ALC, CCIM listed Asana Ranch at Lake Hatchineha (shown above) which sold for $12.5 million in May. This magnificent trophy property features a stunning 11,000 SF main lodge on 1,298 ± AC in Haines City, Florida.
Sales from the firm’s Georgia office make up nearly $29 million for the year. They include a mix of timberland, ranch & recreational, and office listings by Senior Advisors Todd Davis, Jeff Bewsher, Bryant Peace, ALC, and Advisor Tom Tuggle.
In an off-market deal, Senior Advisor Jimmie Allen, representing the seller, worked with Senior Advisors David Hungerford, CCIM, and Augie Schmidt to broker the sale of a large industrial portfolio to an out-of-state investment group. A national tenant leases all three (3) parcels totaling 197,500 SF and approximately 30 acres.
Senior Advisor Augie Schmidt successfully leased 63,750 square foot commercial space in a 10-year lease to a national tenant on 10.73 acres in Winter Haven, Florida.
The firm’s plans for expansion into Orlando are taking shape with the lease of our new office space and the hiring of several real estate advisors living and working in Orange County. “We’ve proven our model works in Lakeland, north Florida, and Georgia. Projections for the remainder of 2022 remain strong, with the firm reporting sales and lease transactions currently under contract valued at nearly $458,000,000.
