This year, the I-4 Corridor Conference experienced a great turnout for its long-awaited return. Hosted by SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate, the event gathered investors, tenants, business owners, and other real estate professionals who operate along Florida’s I-4 Corridor. SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler would like to thank all attendees and each of the sponsors who made this event possible.
“We seem to be doing pretty well in Florida and certainly in Central Florida,” said SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Founder and Managing Director Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM. “40% of the growth coming to Florida is right here in Central Florida - from Tampa, along I-4, and up to Volusia County.”
Covering the counties of Polk, Hillsborough, Orange, Osceola, and Lake, the I-4 Corridor has experienced significant growth over the past few years. Population growth, economic diversification, and great geographical location have all contributed to the area’s success. During the I-4 Corridor Conference, panelists shared how these dynamics have shaped the commercial real estate landscape.
The conference featured various breakout sessions, each focusing on specific sectors that have influenced the development of Florida’s I-4 Corridor. Various topics included Retail, Tourism, Regional Economic Development, Residential Development, Transportation, and Higher Education.

One of the goals of the I-4 Corridor Conference is to “create connections in commercial real estate.” This year’s conference did exactly that.
Outside of the conference’s breakout sessions, attendees had the opportunity to connect with the expert speakers and other attendees. SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler understands the importance of these connections and was sure to promote networking throughout the event.
“Real estate is space for people,” said SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler Partner and Managing Director Gary Ralston, CCIM, SIOR, CRE. “More people means more demand for real estate, so buy in Florida and buy in the I-4 corridor.”
The 2023 I-4 Corridor Conference was a dynamic and insightful event that brought together experts, leaders, and other real estate professionals to explore Central Florida’s rapid growth over the past few years.
