LAKELAND, FL, January 19, 2023 - Earlier this month, one of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler’s own was honored at the REALTORS® Association of Lake & Sumter Counties’ annual Installation & Awards Gala. Senior Advisor, Trish Leisner, CCIM, is a long-time member of RALSC and has worked hard to achieve high recognition within the Association.
Within the Association, Trish is recognized as a current and past Florida Association of Realtors Director and a Past Director at the National level. These recognitions are preceded by years of experience on the RALSC Board and the coveted C2EX Endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, Trish is a devoted Major Investor Golden ‘R’ Presidents Circle RPAC Contributor.

Over the course of her career, Trish has had the opportunity to broker a variety of different commercial and industrial listings. Recently, she closed a combined 14,640 ± square foot three-building retail and industrial lot in Central Florida. With 2.66 ± acres of land, the property also featured 0.95 ± acres of open land available for parking or future development.
Trish’s primary specialities include retailers and other commercial properties. Her career has also led her to achieve a large sum of experience in residential real estate. Trish’s diverse portfolio also includes many business brokerage listings from restaurants, to hardware stores, repair shops, and other various retail ventures.
With over 30 years of experience, Trish is a well-seasoned and widely-recognized real estate professional. She joined SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler to expand her commercial experience and services utilizing the firm’s marketing strategies, expert advisory team, and the SVN® global brand network. Her previous career roles involved arenas of small area planner, commercial property owner, and even farm and ranch operations.
Trish currently serves as one of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler’s esteemed Senior Advisors. Stationed out of the firm’s Orlando office, she is able to dominate the retail and commercial Orange County and greater Orlando market.
