LAKELAND, FL, March 16, 2023 - The REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) APEX Awards Program is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious awards programs in the nation’s real estate industry. At this year’s National Land Conference, Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, Founder & Managing Director of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler, was named one of the APEX 2022 Top Twenty National Producer Award Winners. Numerous other advisors at the firm were also honored with various awards at the event.
This program, sponsored by The Land Report, is an annual awards event that recognizes outstanding performance and excellence amongst RLI members who excel in the industry. The winners of the APEX Awards are acknowledged at a special ceremony during the National Land Conference every year.
This year, the APEX Awards celebrated its sixth anniversary, receiving 217 applications with a total qualifying production volume of $7.04 billion. To be eligible for the RLI APEX Awards Program, these land professionals must be active members of RLI and have at least $5 million of qualifying production volume from closed land sales in the previous year. With all this, SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler is proud to recognize the outstanding achievements accomplished by our land advisors over the past year.

Dating back to 2017, this would be Dean’s sixth consecutive year as an APEX Top Twenty National Producer. In previous years, Dean was recognized with the prestigious APEX Top Producer Award (2021, 2020, 2018). Dean has also been recognized with the National Broker of the Year Award for Ag Land Ranch Sales in the 2018 and 2019 releases. He currently serves as RLI’s 2023 Immediate Past President.
In addition to Dean’s recognition, four of SVN | Saunders Ralston Dantzler’s Senior Advisors were also recognized as part of the RLI APEX Producers Club. Tyler Davis, ALC, Rick Gonzalez, ALC, CCIM, David Hitchcock, ALC, CCIM, and Clay Taylor, ALC, all had at least five million dollars of qualifying dollar volume in closed land sales. Moreover, David Hitchcock and Clay Taylor were honored with the APEX 2022 ALC-to-ALC Networking Award, boasting 2022’s Largest ALC-to-ALC Transaction.
