Hosted in-house by Linda Schultz and Chad Mills, the podcast has covered several hot topics in commercial real estate from property management to trends within the land market.

“In Our Expert Opinion” was created to provide clients and potential investors with the inside scoop on our plans for the firm and where we see the market headed. The commercial real estate market is constantly evolving, and our brokerage has always worked to ensure that our clients have the most up-to-date market information to stay ahead of the game. This podcast was born out of that mindset, aiming not only to educate clients but also to entertain them.
As the podcast has progressed, we have had the opportunity to interview many of own advisors including Richard Dempsey, Keat Waldron, and our very own Founder and Managing Director, Dean Saunders. Additionally, we were also able to host a few episodes at our annual Lay Of The Land Conference. The event allowed us to bring on guests such as North Central Florida Market President of MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, Hugh Dailey, and Florida Senate President Wilton Simpson.
“This is a commercial and land brokerage. That's what we do all day,” said Linda. “It made sense that we would talk about real estate, but getting outside sources to come in and talk about their expert opinions on other topics has been fun.”
Toward the end of this year, Linda and Chad had the opportunity to interview many outside guests in the studio. Recorded but not yet published, we had Elaine Imbruglia of Monica & Associates on to discuss her role as an environmental consultant in Florida. Recently, we also invited Andrew Diaz of Gaylord Merlin Ludovici & Diaz to discuss eminent domain topics and some of the pressing issues within that study of law. These episodes and other special guest episodes, will be released within the next year as “In Our Expert Opinion” enters its second year of production.
“It’s truly been an exciting year,” said Rafael Mendez, CCIM, Managing Director of Orlando. “I can’t wait to see what the next year holds for the podcast as the firm expands and brings on new guests.”

Mendez was featured in episode 21 of the podcast, announcing the firm's expansion into Orlando. As he enters his new role as the Orlando office’s Managing Director, Mendez leads the charge into the Orange County market. The marketing and production team of “In Our Expert Opinion” is very excited about this expansion. While bringing on new advisors and acquiring new clients, our range of potential guests is ever-expanding.
